How do I track my order?
After your order(s) have been fulfilled and ready to ship a tracking number is made and emailed to you.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do!

Is there anywhere that you do not ship?
Unfortunately we do not ship to Cuba, Crimea, Iran, North Korea, and Syria.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
This all depend on the item, Typically only national postal operators (like the US Postal Service or Canada Post) are able to deliver orders to PO Boxes.
Due to the size of some of our products, we sometimes use commercial companies like FED EX who will not deliver to PO Boxes.
We suggest you use a physical address instead of a PO Box address to ensure smooth delivery.

How long does it take to ship?
Our items are created made to order and our facilities usually create your custom order within 2-7 business days.
Shipping times vary depending on fulfilment time and your location.

The estimated delivery time is just an estimate, it’s not a guarantee. You can receive the order past the EDT for reasons, like:

  • Issues with print/embroidery files
  • Products being out of stock
  • Shipping related delays like failed delivery attempts, service disruptions

Can I cancel my order?
If you want to cancel your order, Please contact us as soon as possible (preferably within 24 hours). We try to full fill and ship orders as fast as we can. But if we haven’t printed your order contact us at uppermidsole@outlook.com and we can easily cancel it for you.

Do you have a physical store?
We currently are an online only store but hopefully we will have a physical store online in the future! For now you can catch us at different trade-shows and pop-ups. UMS is based out of Toronto Ontario but our fulfilment centres are worldwide.

POSTERS / PRINTS

What is the best way to display your posters?
Our posters are best displayed in a frame. If you’re in Canada or the USA you can grab amazing frames from Michaels arts and crafts store.

I don’t like the sizes of the prints that you offer. Can you make your prints in different sizes?

My print was damaged in transit, what do I do?
Not cool! We want you to get your print in mint condition. If your print arrives damaged please send us an e-mail to uppermidsole@outlook.com and we will ship you a new one!

How do I take care of my stuff?

Printed apparel (direct-to-garment)

We use the latest direct-to-garment (DTG) printing technology to offer a wide variety of printable garments and design color options. We use high-quality inks that won’t fade for a long time if taken care of properly.

Keep in mind that the original manufacturer’s care instructions don’t take into consideration the DTG printing process. So we suggest following the care instructions on this page to learn how to take care of your printed garments properly.

Printed apparel can be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. You shouldn’t use any fabric softeners or dry-clean the items.

DTG-printed apparel can be tumble-dried on a low cycle, but hang-dry works best. When it comes to ironing, use cool iron inside-out. Don’t iron the print.

Follow these instructions carefully to avoid fading and cracking of the print, and shrinking the garment that can occur if you wash or dry it on a high setting.

All-over printed apparel

All-over printed apparel can be machine-washed cold with like colors, without bleach. You can tumble-dry the apparel on low heat. It can’t be ironed and dry-cleaned.

Embroidered hats and backpacks

Embroidered hats and backpacks can be wiped clean with a damp cloth in the spots where it’s needed. If necessary, hats can be hand-washed cold. Don’t use brushes.

Both hats and backpacks can’t be machine-washed, bleached, tumble-dried, ironed, and dry-cleaned. Read the manufacturer label carefully for any other instructions.

Returns/Exchanges

Posters/Prints
We do not offer exchanges or returns on posters/prints. Refunds or replacements are only for defective items.

Clothing
We currently only offer refunds and exchanges to customers who receive the wrong item or defective clothing. If any of these apply to you please contact us at uppermidsole@outlook.com. We will immediately issue you a refund within 1 to 2 business days.
